1. Cancellation Policy

Customers can request to cancel their orders/services by contacting us at support@designxcon.com within 24 hours of purchase. After this time frame, cancellations may not be possible as the processing may already have begun.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The service/product was not delivered as promised
  • There was a technical error or double payment
  • Other valid reasons deemed acceptable by our customer support team

Refund requests must be submitted to support@designxcon.com within 7 days of the original transaction.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Services that have already been delivered or consumed
  • Products purchased on discount or sale
  • Subscription services after the billing cycle has started
